Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel Check In Time : 01.00 p.m

  • Hotel Check Out Time : 10.00 a.m.

  • A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1800 hours.

    The Guest may cancel his/her reservation for free up to 48 hours prior to check-in time. If Guest need to cancel his reservation, please contact the hotel directly. You can find the hotel’s contact information on hotel website
    If you cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period has expired, you will be issued Credit Note equivalent to advance paid. Which we will be valid for six months from the date of current booking. This credit note can be used for future booking and the amount will be adjusted against final bill.

  • For Peak Season (between May to July), all reservations payments are neither refundable and nor adjustable against future bookings
    Groups / Conference bookings:

    In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days or less from the date of check in, a 50% retention charge (50% of per person charges fixed for the group) will be levied.

    In case of Early check out retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out.
    Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We are not in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with us 

    All guests must produce a valid ID upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed.
